Brief

Trinity House approached us to create three short social media videos to advertise job vacancies and showcase work life at the organisation.

The goal was to excite potential applicants and highlight the personality and dynamism of the roles. The client provided a clear script and a bank of existing footage. Our role was to craft three distinct edits using the same messaging but different clips, while making the videos feel fresh, engaging, and reflective of Trinity House as a friendly, dynamic workplace.

The Production

We worked with the footage supplied by Trinity House and applied a punchier, more dynamic editing style than their usual brand videos.

This included: using bold typography and pops of primary colours to emphasise key messages, creating energetic rhythms in the edits to reflect the personality of the roles, & tailoring each video to feel unique while maintaining consistent branding. No new filming was required, and the project was delivered over two days of post-production.

Outcome

The final deliverables were three social edits, each highlighting different footage but carrying the same core recruitment message.

The edits successfully presented Trinity House as a dynamic, modern employer whilst also communicating the diversity of roles and the friendly work environment. We offered engaging content suitable for social media channels. The videos provided Trinity House with fresh, reusable recruitment content that can be shared across social platforms to attract talent. The edits were well received and effective at drawing attention to the vacancies.
