We first supported Sanofi’s campaign for indication-based pricing. It needed to explain what multi-indication medicines are, highlight the challenges created by the current NHS pricing system and clearly present Sanofi’s proposed solution.
The second film was created for a campaign focused on improving outcomes for people living with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). Drawing on insights from respiratory healthcare professionals, it needed to communicate the challenges patients experience and present potential improvements to their care.
Both films had to translate complex healthcare subjects into concise and accessible content that could be used online, at events and in conversations with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
We transformed the static artwork into two engaging animated explainers, using movement and visual storytelling to break down complex concepts, draw attention to key findings and guide audiences through each campaign’s proposed solutions.
Working closely with WA Communications, we delivered both animations through a streamlined production and approval process. Each film was kept to approximately two minutes, ensuring the information remained detailed enough to be meaningful while still being quick and easy to understand.

The films were created for use across social media, campaign events, networking activity and direct communications with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
The animations gave Sanofi and WA Communications clear, reusable campaigning tools that could introduce complex healthcare issues in under two minutes. By transforming detailed medical, policy and patient information into focused visual narratives, we helped audiences quickly understand the challenges, why they mattered and the solutions being proposed.
