The
Brief

Ward Security wanted a short video to showcase the team behind their integrated security solutions.

The goal was twofold: to support recruitment by highlighting the team’s personality and to raise brand awareness by showing the expertise and solutions they deliver.

The Production

We built the film around interviews with staff, asking about their daily work and who they are as people.

To avoid a typical corporate feel, we pitched a lighter, tongue-in-cheek tone. In post-production, we experimented with different styles and ideas to balance professionalism with personality. Motion graphics were used subtly to highlight key points and add visual interest.

The
Outcome

The video successfully promoted Ward Security’s team and solutions.

It’s been used in recruitment campaigns and online brand awareness activity, giving viewers a sense of the company’s expertise while also showing the approachable, human side of the team.
