One day was dedicated to filming at their headquarters and factory, documenting each stage of the process and showcasing the breadth of services that extend far beyond knife sharpening. This allowed us to highlight the craftsmanship, efficiency and scale of the team at work.

We followed one of Nella’s delivery drivers on their route, capturing the day-in-the-life experience and the journey a knife takes before it reaches a customer. This combination of operational insight and personal storytelling created a well-rounded, authentic film that reflects Nella’s heritage, values and commitment to service.
